Personal Growth and Psychology:

I am interested in personal growth and psychology. I have taken many workshops on psychology, personal effectiveness and healthy relationships. I have given Re-evaluation Counseling classes and workshops and continue to participate in Re-evaluation Counseling. Social Groups:

I participate in many senior social groups and activities. These include "Rediscovering San Diego" a Community College Class, Widows or Widowers (WOW) a social club, the College Avenue Older Adult Center, and the Santee Senior Club.

Computers:

I am interested in computers and enjoy keeping up with the latest developments in computer technology. Click here for my web page titled, "Computer".

I present multimedia programs called, "Camaraderie, Laughter & Fun: Unveiling the Joy of Computers" to senior citizens at various locations throughout San Diego County. Click here for information about these presentations.

Artist's Way Class:

During October and November 2010, Joy-See Gotfredson and myself co-facilitated an Artist's Way class at Christ Church Unity - San Diego. Click here for information about this class.

Other Interests:

My other interests include travel, touring, writing, acting and clowning. I generally prefer doing things that I have not done before instead of repeating the things I have already done.
